The cardiovascular benefits of martial arts is well known, and workout programs based on the arts have become extremely popular over the years. From Tae Bo to kick boxing, this type of activity not only raises the heart rate to the fat burning zone, but also increases muscle tone, builds stamina and promotes flexibility and coordination. To promote the weight loss aspects of martial arts, The DoJang has implemented a "Get Paid To Lose Weight" program, where we pay our students $1.00 for every pound of weight lost. Given specific weight loss goals, our instructors will work with our students to help them achieve their personal goals. |
